With 11 years of living in the U.S., I translate between Japanese and English, with a focus on natural expression and cultural nuance. I’ve worked on over 131 hours of subtitle translation for films, TV dramas, and university lectures, and have transcribed more than 200 English audio recordings, including interviews and corporate videos.

As an amateur rakugo performer, I’m especially confident in handling comedy. In addition to audiovisual work, I translate websites, brochures, menus, and other non-video materials with attention to both meaning and tone.
